Q How much can I borrow, at what interest rate and over what period can I repay the loan.
A

Every deal is different. As a general guide, we can arrange loans up to 75% of business value (freehold businesses), usually between 1.5 and 3.5% over bank base rate. Loans can be paid over a period up to 30 years.

Q I already have a loan offer, why not just go with it?
A Maybe you should - but until you have tried us you will never know if you are paying too much - or could have received more advantageous terms.
Q At what stage should I approach you for advice?
A As soon as you can. Even if you are just starting to look for a business, it's a good idea to give us a call. We can let you know how much you can borrow and get prepared for when you find a business.
Q Why should I use Burgoyne Business Services to help me arrange funding?
A Firstly you have nothing to lose by calling. We will give you free advice on your project.
